- **Medium Projects** ($1M–$66.7M):  
  – Up to **30%** of costs covered  
  – Max grant: **$20 million**
- **Large Projects** ($66.7M–$367M):  
  – Up to **30%** of costs covered  
  – Max grant: **$110 million**

With **$396 million in total program funding**, this is one of the largest decarbonization-focused grant programs in Pennsylvania’s history.
