The ZEVIP program provides up to $5,000,000 for building new charging and hydrogen refuelling stations
The purpose of the Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program (ZEVIP) is to address a key barrier to the adoption of zero-emission vehicles (ZEV) in Canada: the lack of charging and hydrogen refuelling stations. The program aims to increase the availability of localized charging and hydrogen refuelling opportunities where Canadians live, work, travel, and play. By improving the infrastructure for ZEVs, the program supports the transition to cleaner transportation and helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
