The Wildlife Crossings Pilot Program, administered by the USDOT / Federal Highway Administration, aims to reduce wildlife-vehicle collisions and enhance habitat connectivity for terrestrial and aquatic species. Open to state and local governments, federally recognized tribes, and other transportation-related entities, the program supports planning, construction, technology deployment, climate and sustainability efforts, accessibility, and security projects.
