With Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland introduced the 2021 Federal Budget: A Recovery Plan for Jobs, Growth, and Resilience.

The Federal Government has focused on supports for Canadian businesses and resources as the COVID-19 pandemic continues. The budget outlines spending in areas that are essential to Canadian businesses: extending subsidies like CEWS, CEBA, CERS, and other regional relief and recovery funds. The budget details initiatives for businesses to recruit and train their workforce as well as support for adopting new technologies.
